Faktura.pl  Application for mass invoicing

Faktura.pl is a tool enabling quick issuing great amounts of VAT invoices, pro forma invoices and bills. It was first and foremost created  for companies from the MSP sector. 

Using the application does not require your logging into the system, but by doing so you will get access  to a couple of extra functionalities that will make your work more efficient and help you save your time. These are among others:

• no need to enter the supplier's data
• automatic monthly or yearly invoice numbering according to a configured pattern 
• integration of buyer database and  product database with the invoice form
• access to invoice history report divided into sections related to the month-long accounting periods
• possibility of adding titles and footers to the documents and of using individual bases of metric units and payment methods.

What is more, the application gives you access to an integrated mechanism for sending invoices with the help of:

• SMS - sending notifications about issued invoices
• e-mail - invoices are mailed to payers as PDF files
• fax - invoices are faxed to given numbers
• traditional post services
