Customer Service Department.  Operating internal and external projects

Customer Service Department carries out  tasks concerning pre-sales and post-sales customer service related to projects implemeted by Blue Media and provides services in an outsourced system.

CSD is a professional team of consultants offering their knowledge and experience in situations when our Clients or users of Blue Media's products or services need additional information or solutions to suddenly arisen problems.

The aim of the consultants work is to confirm the old philosophic maxim saying that there are no questions without answers.

We offer services within:

  • dealing with incoming issues (phone, email, mail & fax)
  • teller / administrative activity (e.g. bank account analysis and reporting)
  • testing Web services
  • consultancy in the area of websites' functionality
  • creating documents such as KNOW HOW and FAQ
  • sending overdue reminders

Our offer within outsourced services includes:

  • info-line services for Clients (information about products and services)
  • consultancy services for business Clients  
  • advisory services (Customer Service systems etc.)
  • research services such as Mystery Shopper

Our Customer Service Department works:

  • Monday -  Friday:  7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday:                8 a.m. to  4 p.m.
