Sendel.pl makes it possible to notify, within a couple of minutes, customers of a fashion house, a restaurant or a pub, or even patients or students of any new promotions, changing dates of appointments or cancelled classes. Contacts database is developed by the clients themselves. The first client of the website is ESOTIQ & Henderson, which within 3-week campaign managed to develop a database of as many as 14 thousand users.

Sendel.pl is a new website using short text messages to contact its clients. The greatest asset of the system is the possibility to create databases by the website users themselves. It is sufficient to provide them with a short telephone number e.g. 4455 and a password to enable them to subscribe. The service is charged per each short text message sent, without any subscription fees.

Sendel.pl is yet another project developed by Blue Media S.A. which perceives attractive prices and services tailored to the needs of Polish consumers as an opportunity for the website to succeed. At a time when group purchases have become extremely popular, notifying clients of a dedicated promotion or a price discount is a fundamental element of the operation of numerous small companies. Sendel.pl does not only allow for sending important messages and receiving replies. It also allows for bulk-sending of various discount codes and will soon make live SMS polls available. Blue Media hopes that the website will become particularly widely used in the SME sector.

“We expect that short text messages are read by more than 90 per cent of addresses. This is definitely the best channel to reach the customer”, says Marcin Szczur from Blue Media. “Such solutions have long enabled companies in the West to increase their profits and to retain customers for a longer time”, adds M. Szczur.

The very first campaign taking advantage of Sendel.pl functionalities is already in progress. ESOTIQ & Henderson is offering its customers a 10-PLN discount for purchases of a value exceeding 50 zlotys. It is sufficient to subscribe with Esotiq SMS Club by sending a message with the word ‘ESOTIQ’ to 4455. Within three weeks over 14 thousand people have taken advantage of the offer. Ahead of them there are further attractions coming in the form of, for instance, discount codes sent as part of short text messages. 

Sendel.pl allows for easy text communication with customers. The website is available to everybody. In order to be able to use it, one needs to register at Sendel.pl.
