Free yoga classes at the beach in Sopot

Free yoga classes will be held in June at the beach in Sopot, near the famous Sopot pier. The classes will take place on Wednesdays at 7:30. Blue Media invites you all to enjoy an hour of physical activity and listen to the sound of waves at the same time!

Yoga classes start at 7:30 each Wednesday. The first class will be held on 1 June at the beach near the Sopot pier. A one-hour class will enable you to awaken your body, release tense muscles and refuel the body with energy for the rest of the day. The class will be given by Krysia Rybińska, an experienced yoga teacher from the Tri-City.

The organisers assure that yoga is a great way to keep fit and develop internal harmony. The exercises will be specially adapted to satisfy the needs of both absolute beginners and those who have already had some experience with yoga. Please take a beach towel or a yoga mat with you.
