Blue Media represents Poland in the European Business Awards competition

The Blue Media company from Sopot is the national representative in the competition of the European Business Awards. Together with 24 other Polish representatives it will compete for the title of Europe’s leading business and the Ruban d'Honneur award.

European Business Awards is a contest organized under HSBC bank auspice. The idea is to recognize companies that meet three basic criteria for EBA: they are successful, innovative, and are guided by broadly conceived ethics. Over 3,500 from eight EU countries competed for the participation in this years EBA, 175 of which were finally selected. Next candidates, from other countries, will be selected at  the beginning of July. 

Blue Media is the national representative among 24 other Polish companies. Candidates will be presented on June 15th, during ceremonies in Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. 29 winners will meet at the final gala in Paris, on the 16th of November.

The rank of the event is well underlined by the words of HSBC CEO Alan Keir: European Business Awards competition is a great opportunity to demonstrate the excellence achieved by companies across europe, despite the past two years of financial uncertainty. These 175 companies demonstrated an enviable financial development ability and innovations in these demanding economic conditions. 

Blue Media joint-stock company is one of the largest entreprenuerships in the Polish web market. Company's professional activity focuses on five strategic directions, including support for transactional platforms and individual clients. These are primarily charging services for cell-phone pre-paids. The SMS platform is also a very important field, it acts as a security system  of financial systems and mobile phone payments. The year 2009 was a mile-stone for the development of social loans and insurance platforms (Kokos.pl and Inseco.pl respectively). Paying attention to the development of its new brands, Blue Media also enriched its offer for corporate clients.
