Blue Media once again the leader of the Polish IT market

Blue Media once again has proven as the largest Polish company providing outsourcing services and 18th largest IT company in the country.

In Computerworld's TOP200 latest report Sopot's Blue Media company took first place in the ranking of outsourcing service providers and was the largest company in its category in Poland. Blue Media was also ranked 18th in the main ranking of the largest IT companies, revising its result for the year 2008 with 7 ranks.

The annual repot TOP200 is a summary of the Polish IT industry. Blue Media took high positions mainly due to its 2009 income of nearly half a billion zł.

- Our success is not only a developed financial result - says Sebastian Ptak, managing director of Blue Media. - Last year we have expanded our range of innovative systems and solutions that are the perfect choice for the banking industry and insurance. We are pleased in particular that the insurance sector drew attention to the modern IT solutions and invests in system exchange. 

Blue Media also took fourth place in the ranking of 'service providers', 12th place in 'companies selling their own software', 2nd place for 'reaching income from banking service sector', 2nd place for 'reaching income from SME's service sector' and 8th place in the ranking of highest employee productivity. As a holding company Blue Media took 8th place for quantity of revenue.

Blue Media is one of the largest Polish Internet companies. In 2010 it premiered on the list of 500 largest and most valuable companies by Rzeczpospolita and Polityka.
