Bank Zachodni WBK helps reach the nearest bank and ATM

Bank Zachodni WBK made quite a surprise to all car navigation users before this years' holidays. The bank shared its POIs, which one only has to upload to his navigation system and enjoy ATM and WBK bank positioning anywhere in Poland. Information has been prepared for 16 models of car navigation systems.

POIs include information about important places an upload them on the  map. If you are near an object associated with Bank Zachodni WBK, your GPS will show you how to get to it. This way you will never have to find the nearest ATM or bank facility on your one.

16 models

POI points have been prepared by the Blue Media company. They contain data from most navigation systems available in Poland, including: AutoMapa, Garmin, Navigon and TomTom. The product supports a total of 16 navigations.

Localization package

- POIs for car navigations is a huge help for customers looking for outlets or ATMs of their bank - says Maciej Marczewski, manager of location products in Blue Media. - By implementing this product, customers of BZ WBK can now find an ATM without even accessing the Internet, but just using their car navigation. Previously we've released the possibility of localizing important points on an exact map on the banks’ website, as well as web page designed for cell phones and "Bank Zachodni WBK Info" for iPhones. Complete integration of these products ensures that the list of POIs for the navigation is always up-to-date and available to everyone - M. Marczewski adds.

Easy installation

To install the items in the navigation, one just needs to select from a list of navigation models and download shared files on PC's hard disc. Once the product is installed, the map will always indicate the places associated with BZ WBK.

The application contains information on:

• Bank Partner Posts
• Western Union Posts
• Brokerage House Posts

The list is continuously updated - each time when  it is available in bank’s information about a new opened facility.
